- What does a Los Angeles band typically cost?
- Budgets vary by act profile, production scale, and venue tier. Hollywood and Beverly Hills events scale higher than Inland Empire corporate dates. Strong regional cover bands start in the low four figures for short corporate sets; headliner-quality tributes for festival stages and major galas scale up from there. Send the date, the venue, and a target budget and we will come back with two or three LA-based acts that fit.
- How far ahead should I book in LA?
- Peak Saturday wedding dates (May–October) fill 9–14 months out. Corporate season around Q4 books faster than the calendar suggests — start 4–6 months ahead on premium dates. Weeknight corporate dates inside 60 days are workable on most acts; we keep working calendars and can usually surface an option same-day.
- Will the act travel across LA County and beyond?
- Most LA-based bands cover the basin in a day-of drive — Hollywood, Westside, South Bay, Valley, and Pasadena are routine. Inland Empire and Orange County usually clean inside the same fee; Santa Barbara, the Desert, and overnight runs may carry a small travel line. We line-item it on the quote so the contract is clean.
- What's included in the booking?
- Standard bookings include the performance, sound and lights appropriate to the venue, costumes / staging for tribute acts, a clean advance packet, an insurance certificate naming your venue, and a single day-of contact. Backline rental at downtown hotels, ceremony musicians for weddings, and DJ-bridge sets are itemized separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
