A real concert moment, sized for an intimate stage
Country clubs and wineries are some of our favorite bookings to route. The audience is engaged, the venue is intentional, and the goal isn't to fill a 5,000-seat amphitheater. It's to give 200 or 500 or 800 members and guests a night they'll bring up for months.
This page is for member-event programmers, hospitality directors, winery owners, club managers, and resort entertainment teams building 2026 and 2027 calendars.
What works here
The country-club and winery buyer profile is specific. The acts that succeed in these rooms share a few traits.
Sized for the stage. A 12-piece Vegas-residency-scale production isn't built for an outdoor winery patio. Our Tier 1 and Tier 2 acts (4 to 7 pieces, typically) fit the physical footprint and the production budget without compromising the show.
Demographic-appropriate catalog. Member events typically skew 45+ on the median. The catalogs that perform best are classic rock, Motown, yacht rock, country crossover, and 70s/80s/90s pop. Modern-artist tributes are increasingly programmed at events targeting younger member demographics.
Run-of-show friendly. Most member events have a dinner-and-dance arc rather than a full ticketed-concert arc. Tribute acts who can program two or three sets across the evening, work around toasts and member moments, and read the room mid-set are the ones who get rebooked.
Production discipline. Members are spending club money. They expect the show to look the part. Touring-ready tribute acts with clean tech riders and tour managers in the room. Not local cover bands learning on the fly.
What we route into country clubs and wineries
Member-dinner and member-event entertainment ($5K to $15K typical range). Touring-ready tribute acts in 4-to-7-piece configurations. Multiple shorter sets, dance-friendly catalog, hospitality and rider sized for a club kitchen.
Summer outdoor concert series ($7K to $20K typical range). Multi-week or monthly concert programming for outdoor winery and country-club stages. We route the rotation, coordinate the advance, and handle weather contingency.
Anniversary, grand-opening, and milestone events ($10K to $30K typical range). Larger production for milestone events. Full-band Tier 2 acts that can carry a featured-event evening.
Wedding receptions are a separate buyer track. See For Wedding Venues. Country clubs and wineries that host weddings often book tribute acts as the headliner reception entertainment, and we handle that conversation on the wedding page.
How country clubs and wineries book with us
Specifically for member-event programmers:
- Discovery focuses on your audience demographic (member median age, what music they actually request), the physical stage and weather plan, and the run-of-show.
- Routing matters more than usual. A drive-in tribute act based in your region typically lands in the $5K to $10K range. The same act flown in from across the country trends higher. We optimize for routing where possible.
- Multi-date packaging. If you're programming a 4-show summer series, we can package the routing and pricing across the full series. Often more favorable than four one-off bookings.
- Pricing transparency. See our Pricing page for the full breakdown.
