Submit only truthful, booking-relevant inquiries or reviews. Do not use the public forms for spam, harassment, impersonation, malicious links, fake testimonials, or content that has nothing to do with a real booking conversation or experience with the band.

• Music Zirconia may validate, rate limit, or require verification before an inquiry or review is accepted.
• Rejected, suspicious, or throttled attempts may be retained in the abuse-review record with coarse outcome details and hashed anti-spam identifiers.
• Submitting an inquiry or review does not guarantee a response, publication, booking, or platform-level mediation.

Form submissions, requests, and inquiries do not create a booking commitment. Bookings are confirmed only upon a signed contract between the client and Music Zirconia Inc. Until a contract is fully executed, any quotes, holds, availability checks, or proposals are non-binding and subject to change.

• A submitted inquiry is a request to start a booking conversation, not a confirmation of date, price, or availability.
• Pricing quoted before contract signing is an estimate based on the information provided and may be adjusted as event details are finalized.
• Music Zirconia Inc reserves the right to decline an event or release a tentative hold prior to a signed contract.

Tribute and cover acts featured on this site perform interpretations of recordings by the original artists. They are independent acts and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the original artists or rights holders. Artist names appear strictly for the purpose of identifying the repertoire each tribute act performs.

• Likenesses, stylings, and song selections reflect the tribute act's own interpretation of the original artist.
• Where logos, marks, or names of original artists appear, they are used in a nominative, descriptive sense only.
• Booking a tribute act does not constitute booking the original artist.

Owners may manage only the bands assigned to their account. They are responsible for keeping profile content, contact details, booking information, and review moderation decisions accurate and up to date.

• Do not claim ownership of a band record you do not control.
• Keep public profile details accurate, current, and tied to the real act being represented.
• Respond to accepted inquiries in good faith, moderate submitted reviews honestly, and keep your contact details current.

Music Zirconia may review operational records, restrict access, change ownership assignments, reject abusive submissions, or remove inaccurate public content when needed to protect the platform and its users.

• Admin and band owner access is limited to their own account and bands.
• Music Zirconia may preserve audit or moderation records for operational and security review.
• These terms describe the platform as it exists today and do not promise features that have not launched.

Site content, layout, copy, photography, video, and supporting assets are the property of Music Zirconia Inc or used with permission from the respective rights holders. Band-supplied media remains the property of the contributing act and is used on the site under the submission terms agreed at upload.

• Do not copy, reframe, scrape, or republish site content without written permission from Music Zirconia Inc.
• Promo materials supplied by featured acts may carry their own usage restrictions — contact us before reusing.
• Report a copyright concern via the contact page so it can be reviewed and addressed.
