Main-stage headliners, side-stage support, and full multi-act tribute lineups
Festivals and fairs are a uniquely good fit for tribute programming. The audience is broad and mixed-generation. The crowd already knows every word to the catalog. The route between "tribute act on a festival main stage" and "audience traveling for the show" is shorter than for almost any other live-entertainment format.
We route tribute acts into festivals and fairs of every scale: small-town fair grandstands, multi-day destination festivals, the multi-act tribute festivals that are now one of the fastest-growing event formats in live entertainment.
This page is for festival directors, fair entertainment managers, multi-act bookers, and special-event programmers.
Why tribute acts work on festival stages
A few specifics worth knowing if you're programming a festival stage.
The audience knows the catalog before walking in. A tribute act on a festival stage doesn't need the warm-up window an emerging original act needs. The first song lands the room.
Multi-generational draw. Gen Z and Millennial attendance at tribute shows is the fastest-growing audience segment in the category. A tribute headliner pulls the 25 to 35 audience your festival is working hardest to grow.
Production scales to the stage. Our roster spans 4-piece tribute acts that fit a side-stage afternoon slot and 10-to-12-piece production-loaded tribute headliners that fit a main-stage closing slot. Same agency, every scale.
Multi-act tribute festivals are now a category of their own. Three to five tribute acts on a single afternoon or evening, themed by era, genre, or artist tier, sell out repeatedly in markets where they've been tried. We route the full multi-act package, not just the headliner.
What we route into festivals and fairs
Main-stage tribute headliners (Tier 2 + 3, $10K to $50K+). Production-ready, national-touring tribute acts capable of closing a festival main stage. Choreography, lighting, full instrumentation, dancer or backup-vocal sections where the show calls for it.
Direct-support and side-stage acts (Tier 1 + 2, $5K to $15K). Touring-ready tribute acts with smaller footprints for B-stage slots, afternoon programming, beer-garden stages, and grandstand support slots.
Full multi-act tribute festival packages. Curated 3-to-5-act tribute lineups themed around an era (80s Night), a genre (Tribute to Country Music), an artist tier (Pop Royalty), or a buyer-driven concept. Routing, advance, and on-site coordination across the whole bill.
Country-fair and state-fair grandstand programming. Tribute acts sized for grandstand audiences and the unique production constraints of the fair circuit: limited load-in windows, weather-sensitive stages, multi-night routing.
How festivals book with us
Specifically for festival and fair programmers:
- Routing matters. Most festival programming benefits from routing two or three of the same act's regional dates around the festival booking to share the travel cost. We hold the date, coordinate the routing, and tell you when the act has a nearby run.
- Weather and contingency. We've routed festivals where the load-in dock was on the wrong side of the field, where thunderstorms moved the headliner to the rain stage, where a marquee act was delayed by a flight. The advance is where you catch those things. Not the morning of the festival.
- Advance windows are typically 8 to 18 months for main-stage headliners, shorter for side-stage and afternoon slots.
- Multi-act packaging. If you're considering a full tribute festival, the conversation usually starts at least 12 months out. We can package routing, contracts, advance, and on-site for the full bill.
