How file selection works

We record the names, sizes, and dimensions of the files you select so reviewers know what you're prepared to share. If your act is accepted, you'll receive an account invitation to upload the actual files for review.

Landscape band photo we'd use at the top of your profile. Recommended 1920x1080, minimum 1280x720. Max 10 MB. PNG, JPEG, or WebP.

Aim for at least 8 high-quality stage and performance shots. Max 10 MB each. PNG, JPEG, or WebP.

PDF preferred; ZIP archives, PNG, and JPEG also accepted. Max 20 MB each.

Anti-spam check

Complete the anti-spam check before submitting your act.

Submitting here records your act details and a list of media you're prepared to share — it does not create a live listing, grant account access, or upload the files.

We’ll confirm receipt here after your act is submitted.

What to prepare

Have these ready before you submit

Pick the files in the form above to log a media inventory with your submission — names, sizes, and dimensions help reviewers see what you have ready. Once your act is accepted, we'll send an account invitation so you can upload everything below for review.

  • Written bio (200-400 words)

Lead with the act, the tribute focus, and what makes your show land. Skip the resume bullets — buyers care about the audience reaction.

  • Hero band photo, 1920×1080, high resolution

Landscape, sharp focus, on-stage or staged-portrait. This is the image used at the top of your public profile.

  • 8+ additional high-quality photos

Mix wide stage shots, tight performance shots, and crowd reaction. Horizontal preferred; avoid heavy filters or watermarks.

  • 1-3 performance videos

Live audio if at all possible. Single-camera is fine — production value beats edit polish. YouTube, Vimeo, EPK, Dropbox, or Google Drive links work.

  • EPK or ZIP archive link

If you already have a hosted EPK, press kit, or zipped photo package, include that link so reviewers can see the whole package in one pass.

  • Riders, stage plots, input lists, hospitality, backline

PDF preferred. Current advance docs help us route you to talent buyers who can say yes faster.

File naming guidance

Use the format band-name-descriptor.jpg (for example, beatles-tribute-hero.jpg). Avoid spaces. Lowercase only. Stick to .jpg, .png, and .pdf for documents.
