WOWU2 are a 4-piece Texas U2 tribute band from Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin. The band formed in 2006
from a collection of experienced and passionate musicians who met after Austin based Mysterious Ways sought
a new Bono after they couldn't get enough Bono, the Edge, Adam and Larry. Their unique brand of
entertainment fuses authentic U2 guitar tones and Bono's stage presence with a legit Dublin born bass player
and solid Mullen beats. They will make you want to revisit U2s entire back catalog and buy tickets to Vegas to
see U2 at the Sphere this fall (2023).
Hailed as "The" Texas U2 Tribute by everyone who sees them live, WOWU2 have been performing together
for over 15 years at prominent clubs such as the House of Blues, St Patricks Day Parades and Tribute Band
Concerts. They have an all-the-hits plus fan-favs interactive stage show with video media.
