About Us
Band story and booking context
We dig Pearl Jam and their music so we started a band to pay tribute to them. We still play all the hits, but wanted people to hear some of the great deep cuts they wrote and are still writing. OCEANS is a local San Diego band that has strived to recreate the passion and sound that made Pearl Jam one of the most iconic bands of our time. Our goal is to enhance and introduce the power that is Pearl Jam. Whether or not the crowd consists of ravid fans or first time listeners, everyone will feel "Alive" at the end of the show!
OCEANS is a six-piece San Diego band formed in late 2017 to bring the passion and sound of Pearl Jam to West Coast venues. The set includes Pearl Jam hits and deep cuts, performed with the energy of the band’s club-scene experience. OCEANS has performed in original, tribute, and cover bands and is ready for festivals, casinos, clubs, special events, and parties. The band’s goal is to introduce audiences—ravid fans and first-time listeners alike—to the power of Pearl Jam.
