The first step in his professional music career started at the age of 8 years, the very moment when the Michael Jackson's thrillers tape fell into his hands.

Over the 15 years of performing as an impersonator of "the king of pop" Michael has developed his own technique called "Dancing in the dark". This technique has allowed him not just to copy but to feel every movement so they became second nature to him. The uniqueness of Michael Mori lies not in imitation but in his ability to be able to sing and dance the complex combinations created by Michael Jackson, thanks to the very high qualifications, which the great artist possessed.

In 2009, Michael Mori met La Toya Jackson. Michael Jackson's sister was completely amazed with Michael's ability to move and sing with such ease, faithfully conveying her brother's vocals and choreography.

In 2016 he was invited to Philadelphia for the show MJ:THE INVINCIBLE TOUR where he worked with Lavelle Smith, the personal choreographer and close friend of Michael Jackson. Lavelle couldn't believe his eyes when first saw Michael in action, the exquisiteness of his movement and ability to take the hardest notes that only the king of pop could do completely took him aback, leaving him in complete awe.
