Dunn & Brooks is a TRIBUTE BAND to the iconic country music duo, Brooks & Dunn. Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn formed the most dynamic duo in country music history in 1989. Throughout a career that spanned decades topping the Billboard country music charts with over 20 #1 hits. Of the 20 #1 hits, Ronnie Dunn sang 18 of them and so we appropriately titled our tribute Dunn & Brooks. The band has a lineup of former Nashville musicians who love the studio music the albums were recorded, and work to play the music note for note.

Dunn & Brooks is a tribute to Brooks & Dunn, featuring a lineup of former Nashville musicians who perform the duo’s studio music note for note. The show includes the duo’s 20 No. 1 country hits, including Neon Moon, Boot Scootin’ Boogie, and My Maria. Dunn & Brooks also offers a Christmas show featuring songs from Brooks & Dunn’s 2002 album, It Won’t Be Christmas Without You, alongside favorite hits. Brian Parker performs as Ronnie Dunn and Michael Self as Kix Brooks.

The undisputed kings of the ’90s line dancing craze, Brooks & Dunn are not only the biggest selling duo in country music history, they have also sold more records than any other duo in any genre. Ronnie Dunn was the quietly intense singer with the soulful voice, while Kix Brooks played the part of the high energy showman. Neither had been able to break through as a solo act, but together they hit upon a winning formula of rowdy, rocked up honkytonk tracks with punchy, danceable beats, alternated with silky smooth, pop tinged ballads. The combination made them one of the most popular country acts of the ’90s, and they were still going strong as the new millennium dawned.
