The UnderCoverGirls were born in 2004, from an all-girls 80's band, which included four of their members, Julie Dolan, Terri Ludmer, Sylvie Lacroix, and Tris Beezley. The group imploded (dramatically of course) and separated from their lead singer. Feathers were flying, bangs were crushed, leg warmers were ripped. But there was no turning back. They had decided they wanted to play more rock, and a bigger variety of classic hits, mainly from the 60's through the 80's. This of course would require someone who could belt through the rafters to front the band. After auditioning numerous vocalists, there was no question. It was a unanimous decision to bring Jessica Pennington into the mix. What resulted from this mash-up was a high-energy, stadium-caliber stage show, showcasing those hit songs from the greatest musicians of our time. Nine years later, The UnderCoverGirls are still going strong, rehearsing, and performing regularly at a venue near you.
